Beni Berger! I cannot believe it's getting to the end of the school year. I'm still in shock that you are wrapping up first grade. Every day I ask you to stop growing up and then explain that it's b/c Mama wants you to be my little boy forever!! We have been very busy after our trip to Dublin and London.
Anthony gege and Mai Wong came to visit right after Mother's Day. We went to eat at Meritage where you enjoyed noodles and tried a raw oyster. So super brave of you and no, you did not like it. When you heard Anthony was coming, you asked Baba, 'How are his fucking ants?'. Well, this conversation came about because a few weeks back, Anthony gege called Baba to complain about his ant infestation. As he was yelling over the phone, he was using profanities galore. You overheard him calling his 'fucking ants' numerous times. Baba had to help you understand that is not a work we should be using.
In school, you were selected for II (Independent Investigation) where you used a 3D printer to build a project. I am so proud of you BB :)
For Memorial Day weekend, we went on our annual camping trip with the Rowen's, Eute's and a couple of other families. Last year, it was super cold and kind of rainy. This year, it was super, super hot, full of mosquitos and caterpillars. No worries, we still had a ton of fun. The mosquito zapper was in full effect. You will be proud of Mama and Baba, we won the horses ass in the bean bag tourney again! That is two years in a row now. On the way home, we were talking about kids and you said, "I want two kids b/c it's so much responsibility." Bradley wants six.
Then, it was your last week of school. We had a pizza party, first grade show and celebration as well as one last parent volunteer even where I came in and we made pots and plants. You were the number one dance performer in the apple song. Also, Yipao came into town so she got to go to school and watch all the shows!
Now that school is over, Ashley is back babysitting two days a week. She brought you guys to the play area in Golden Valley and this week, the library and Williston. Summer life is awesome!
