Hello Benjamin!
Big developments – you are going to be moving up to the Roo’s by October 17th. Moving up with the big kids!! I’m sure you are very excited b/c you are always checking them out but Mama thinks you’re growing up too quickly!
What’s new:
We sent out cards to your grandparents on grandparents day – you looked so cute!
You’re eating three meals now, oatmeal, fruits and veggies
You have three costumes for Halloween already, it’s baba’s favorite holiday (tiger, monkey and hamburger)
Your rash is starting to get better
You’re starting to creep and crawl quite a bit
Big news – two new teeth sprouted out on the top along with one more inching it’s way out. This is causing some sleepness nights but you are still happy as can be
Mama and Baba are so busy and love you so much we forgot our 4 year anniversary on 9/14. You’re just a bundle of joy and bring smiles to everyone every day. We love you!!
It’s 9/24 today – your official 8 month birthday! We had a very fun and very busy weekend. On Saturday, 9/24, we went shopping for a couple of things – a cute outfit for your pictures tomorrow and some work stuff for Mama. You were such a trooper and loved being in the stroller like a big boy. At one point, you were laying back in the recline position and had both your feet on the cup rest area. Too cute!!
On Sunday, we went to Lake Harriet for your pictures. You looked very handsome (as usual!) We had three wardrobe changes (rugby, sweater and tiger costume). I can’t wait to see your pictures. Then we went to Yvonne’s for lunch. Baba loved lunch (authentic Chinese) and you loved hanging out and meeting Sophie. We got back home around 5pm and everyone had to take a nap, you, me and baba.
Here’s your development update:
You are teething a lot, your 5 tooth is out now (on the bottom) and you have two more cutting on the top!
You are very good at scooting around and sitting up
You love your puffs and crunchy veggie straws
Your first try at bananas we not so hot, priceless video clip
You are peachy happy and in between 9month to 12 month clothes
Your auntie mei and yipao looks at your pictures everyday – they miss you dearly!!
