Summer fun - Leech Lake

In August, we took a quick trip to Leech Lake.  Bradley learned that Leech Lake has great fishing (including Muskie's).  We spent 3 days up at Brindley's, mostly fishing.  You joined your dad and Bradley on day 2 of fishing.  The weather was cool which helped cut down on the mosquitoes.

Summer fun - Alaska!!

This year, we decided to go to Alaska for our summer vacation.  We did a 9 day cruise on Disney and visited a ton of places - Vancouver, Victoria, Ketchikan, Sitka, Skagway, Icy Strait, and Juneau.  It was an amazing time!! We all enjoyed it so much we decided it would be worth a return visit.

Vancouver is so beautiful.  We initially had a day to walk around but ran into flight issues.  Definitely want to come back and visit another time.

Hard to wake up on the last day 

Alaska was soo beautiful, it really is the last frontier.  We saw a ton of humpback whales, eagles, moon jelly, sea otter, bear, sea lion and ate salmon, cod and halibut.  It was a bummer you were sick most of the time but still got to enjoy the trip.

Next time, we will try to make the dog sledding trip (it was too foggy and cancelled).  Love you lots Beni Berger!!
