Tis the season to be jolly!
My oh my, is this true? I'm actually getting a blog out before your 11 month birthday :) This past month feels like development on steriods! You love your mobility and crawl everywhere. In addition, on 12/12, you pulled yourself up and stood by yourself for 5 seconds. Then, four days later, you just started to get up from the sitting position, unassisted and stood for 20 seconds. Now, you can stand up by youself while holding something (usually a large toy). Yesterday, you took one of your toy storage boxes and pushed it around the house, as you started walking. Mama loves to watch you steady yourself with your wide leg stance and gripper toe action.
Of course, it wouldn't be a blog without a daycare update. Your school pictures came - adorable as always. There's been a rash of stomache virus and as popular as you are, you like to get in on everything. You were out for a day and also came home one day with some flare, glitter pocket jeans. Very cute.
We celebrated an early Christmas with Baba's family last weekend. Unplanned, you, baba and grandpa all had argyle sweaters on - unfortunately, we didn't get a picture in time since you made a messy on your sweater.
We will be leaving for Connecticut tomorrow and we are all VERY excited. Auntie Katrina and Yipao have been on Beni countdown for days! Great uncle Johnny has the house all beni-fied. It's going to be a GREAT two weeks. We will all wait for Santa and enjoy time with family.
