Well, summer has finally arrived. After lots and lots of rain, cold weather and more rain, the sun is finally here. We have taken full advantage of the nice weather days. Also, dee dee has arrived! You are a little hesitant to play with dee dee but it's because you think he's too small. You're a great helper, making milk and letting us know when dee dee needs milk, holding or wants to go to bed.
Everyday, you make me laugh and bring a smile to my face with all the cute things that you say. I can hardly keep up! In addition, I have noticed that we can fully reason with you and provide logical explanations. Mama was a little worried what it would be like with an addition of your younger brother but I still love you just as much if not more!!

5/9 - I need some popcorn or else my stomach will not be good
5/11 - is this your yo yo? (medicine)
5/18 - (sticking your butt at me) See, look at my butt, it has no poop
5/21 - Do you know what day it is? It's Wednesday!
5/25 - We need something to cover our penis when we go outside. (You do love nudey time at home)
5/28 - Argoggles = Argyles
5/30 - You're my BFF
6/10 - You play with your trucks and have make believe stories. You also gave baba a time out
6/18 - (mama) Ready spaghetti? (Beni) I'm a sad spaghetti
6/20 - I told you so! (with just about everything)
At daycare, you took your first field trip to the Hopkins theater to see the big bad wolf. There was also two more field trips to the Como Zoo and bowling. I think you love the bus ride more than the field trips!
You love the water so we frequent the swim pond and splash pad. While mama is on leave, I try to take you out for fun days - MOA, bowling, water fun, etc. In a few weeks, we will go to CT and see the Camerato's!
It's an extra special summer since mama doesn't have to work. I hope we can have lots of fun together. Beni - I love you so, so much, you have completed my life and made me a better person. Thanks for being everything we thought you would be and so much more!! We love you :)
