27 months

Not sure if I’m saying this too early but I think Spring is finally coming.  In the past month, we’ve received over 16 inches of snow.  Last year, you were outside and running around by this time!

Lots of fun in the past few months.  The word explosion continues.  You are just a riot.

I’ve notice vast language improvements in the past two months.  Here are some of your favorites:

2/7 Coco = cookie

Jew Jew = choo choo (this was in February, you are now saying choo choo)

Turd toe = turtle

Duck = duck and truck (now you are very good at TRUCK!!!)

The cow goes MOO

The sheep goes BAAA

The puppy goes woof woof

Geen, Boo and Yell-oh

You can count to five

You can sing most of your ABC’s

3/1       Goo nigh baba, mama, Ben

3/3       Discovered your love for root beer floats

3/13     28 pounds!  Big toe, baybee toe

3/16     Wah-ter, vulv you

3/18     Fuuuuuuh-kah (fork)

3/21     You finally call your red’s red.  Before, all reds and purple were purple

3/24     Getting close to understanding potty, but not yet, you drank from the bowl

3/27     You can repeat anything and everything we say

I love it when you play by yourself and say, “I see you Beni, careful Beni, don’t worry!

4/1       Soupy = Snoopy.  You love your Snoopy and Thomas shirt, as well as your sandals.

4/10     Counting 1-5

4/15     Ben do Ben do, mama help.  Jeans!

4/23     Tri-dangle.  And you speak a lot of chinese.  Coo tze daou lah (pants are falling)

Lately, you’ve started to make stuff up.  When baba tickles you, you shout “A Bear!” so he would stop and look.  Then you just giggle. 

You also have great memory.  You remember all the dogs on the block – Rosie and a variety of others!
